Virginia Seeks US Supreme Court Review of Jaynes


How Appealing reports here that the Virginia AG's Office has filed a Petition for Cert. in Jaynes seeking review of the decision by the US Supreme Court.  I've posted here as to why I think the decision is problematic.  I'm not enough of a watcher of the Court to make a meaningful prediction, but I predict the Court will grant it.

(NB: I think the Justice who wrote the Virginia Supreme Court's opinion in Jaynes is now at the Fourth Circuit.)
