Facebook Community - Lukewarm Reception to GC?


Facebook hired a new General Counsel with some serious legal credentials and who also worked for Alberto Gonzales (as chief of staff).  (The Social has posts here and here.)  Among other things, his role will be to reach out to developers and deal with the many legal issues that arise there (e.g., Scrabulous). 

Meanwhile, the Facebook community is not necessarily warming up to him [link].  Not that it matters.  It's not as if the lawyer is the most popular person at any company!
