Stay Granted Against Asis

Memo to the Ninth Circuit: there are a lot of other cases that will live or die depending on the resolution of Virtumundo and Azoogle. Speaking of which, Virtumundo has been pending for a looong time and still doesn't have a date for oral argument. At least not one that's easily discernable.
