Purgegate: The Email Trail

Uh oh.  This may make the transition from purgegate to gwb43.com-gate fairly soon.  I don't have a sense of how strong the arguments are on both sides.  I also wonder whether there are some other issues lurking in there somewhere.  I'm sure we will find out soon enough.

The White House said Wednesday it had mishandled Republican Party-sponsored e-mail accounts used by nearly two dozen presidential aides, resulting in the loss of an undetermined number of e-mails concerning official White House business.
 That, as some of my friends from the San Fernando Valley used to say, "is a bust."
