I happened to review the terms of service of WordPress [link] the other day and noticed something:

Neither Automattic nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. If you’re actually reading this, here’s a treat. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Website at your own discretion and risk.

The link serves up "a plate of tender, moist Texas brisket served at the official restaurant of Automattic, Memphis Minnie’s on Haight in San Francisco, CA":


That's a nice touch, and may come in handy for a few practical reasons.  If there's ever an argument as to whether someone actually read the terms at the time of install?  Maybe someone copied the terms?  Either way, credit to the person who thought of that.  I'm curious as to whether it was someone at Automattic or their counsel.
