The Long Road to a 236MM Spam Judgment


I'm not really sure what to say about this:  Quad City Times ("Spam Generators Dealt $236M Judgment")

The lawsuit spanned almost 4 years and went through a couple of lawyers on each side.  Here's the Court's final order [pdf].

The case name is Kramer v. Perez, et al., CASE #: 3:04-cv-00153-JAJ-TJS (S.D. Iowa).  Who says they don't have exciting cases in Iowa?
