9th Circuit Goes ECF
The Ninth Circuit recently announced its shift to electronic filing (ecf). Access the Ninth Circuit's administrative order here [pdf]. Now you have until midnight of the due date to file your brief! (There are a few categories of documents (such as exceprts of the record) that must be filed in paper, but on the whole, this will make filing a Ninth Circuit brief a whole lot less logisitically complicated.)
