Wash S. Ct. Cell Phone Contract Arbitration Unconscionable
The Washington Supreme Court issued an opinion today [pdf] affirming the trial judge's order striking down unconscionable provisions in a consumer cell phone contract.
There's really not much to say, except that if your a corporate defendant trying to force a consumer into arbitration in Washington . . . good luck!
