Can MySpace Suits Can the Spam


Law.com: 

Social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook are dropping the legal hammer on spammers. The question is: Can they really nail the elusive disturbers of Internet peace?

I think there's been some interesting lower court rulings in this area as a result of those suits, but the answer to the question is probably no.
