I wanted to let readers know that Derek Linke will be posting here from time to time.  Derek has a keen knowledge of spam/privacy/data protection law, and has real world experience with the nuts and bolts of spam litigation.  He has an interesting (in that "still-mentally-energetic-not-yet-tainted by the grind" way) take on the law.   I look forward to hearing what he has to say, and my guess is that you will too.
