Emails and Public Officials


Emails lead to the downfall (or after-the-fact justification for dismissal) of two different local officials (Snohomish Police Chief; WSU cops).

Meanwhile, the TechKnowledgyBlog notes increased interest in whether "IM sessions and email exchanges constitute virtual meetings for purposes of open meeting laws?"
